复发精神分裂症患者家庭照顾者照顾负担与生活质量相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 :了解现阶段复发精神分裂症患者家庭照顾者的照顾负担水平及生活质量现状,并探讨两者之间的相关性。方法 :通过系统抽样的方法,采用一般资料问卷、家庭照顾负担访谈量表(FBIS)和生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)于2020年7月~2021年1月期间,对湖南省300名精神分裂症复发患者的家庭主要照顾者进行现场调查,对回收数据进行单因素分析和相关性分析得出结果,进行讨论。结果 :复发精神分裂症患者家庭照顾者的FBIS得分为(22.33±10.07)分,单因素分析显示,不同受教育程度、居住地、与患者共同生活时间、日照顾时间、家庭月收入、有无精神疾病之间的家庭照顾者照顾负担存在差异;WHOQOL-BREF得分为(59.60±9.20)分,不同受教育程度、职业、居住地、与患者的家属关系、日照顾时间、家庭月收入、有无精神疾病之间的家庭照顾者生活质量存在差异;复发精神分裂症患者家庭照顾者的FBIS得分与WHOQOL-BREF得分呈负相关。结论 :家庭照顾者照顾负担和生活质量呈中度负相关。Objective To investigate the care burden level and quality of life status of family caregivers of patients with recurrent schizophrenia, and to explore the correlation between the two. Methods From July 2020 to January 2021, 300 primary caregivers of patients with recurrent schizophrenia in Hunan province were investigated by systematic sampling using general information questionnaire, Family Care Burden Interview Scale(FBIS) and Quality of life Scale(WHOQOL-BREF). The results of single factor analysis and correlation analysis were obtained and discussed. Results The FBIS score of family caregivers of patients with recurrent schizophrenia was(22.33±10.07). Single factors analysis showed that there were differences in family caregivers’ care burden among different education level, residence, time of living with patients, daily care time, monthly family income, and whether or not there was mental illness;The score of WHOQOL-BREF was(59.60±9.20), and there were differences in quality of life among family caregivers with different education level, occupation, residence, family relationship with patients, daily care time, monthly family income, and whether or not there was mental illness;FBIS scores of family caregivers of patients with recurrent schizophrenia were negatively correlated with WHOQOL-BREF scores. Conclusion There was a moderate negative correlation between the care burden and the quality of life of family caregivers.
