摘　　要：实施巩固脱贫攻坚—乡村振兴战略,必须首先破解制约人才发展的瓶颈。厦门海洋职业技术学院聚焦海洋类专业传统优势,着力推进新型渔业职业农民培育工作,优化定位新型渔业职业农民培育目标,创新人才培养模式,旨在固化“以生为本”的教学供给侧改革范式,构建渔业乡村振兴人才培育新路径、新模式。To implement the strategy of consolidating poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,we must first crack the bottleneck that restricts talent development.Focusing on the traditional advantages of marine majors,Xiamen Ocean Vocational College strives to promote the cultivation of new fishery professional farmers,optimizes the orientation of the cultivation goal of new fishery professional farmers,and innovates the talent cultivation model,aiming to solidify the"student oriented"teaching supply side reform paradigm,and build a new path and model for the cultivation of talents for the revitalization of fishery rural areas.
