摘  要:为探明燕麦孢囊线虫生防真菌长枝木霉菌株TL16固体发酵最佳产孢条件,采用正交设计对其发酵基质、碳源、氮源及无机盐最优配比及最佳培养条件进行优化。结果表明:菌株TL16最佳培养基质为麦麸∶玉米粉∶玉米秸秆粉=3∶1∶2(重量比),添加2%乳糖、4%蛋白胨和4%硫酸锰作为碳源、氮源和无机盐,初始固料∶水为1∶1(重量比),发酵温度28℃,接种量为15%,黑暗条件下发酵8 d时,产孢量最大,为2.48×1010cfu/g。In order to establish the optimal conditions of solid fermentation for the spore production of biocontrol fungus TL16 against Heterodera avenae,the ratio of fermentation substrates,ratios of carbon,nitrogen,and culture conditions were optimized using orthogonal design.The results showed that the optimal medium substrate for strain TL16 was wheat bran:corn flour:corn stalk powder with ratio of 3∶1∶2.In addition,2%lactose,4%peptoneand 4%manganese sulfate were optimal compositions to provide sources of carbon,nitrogen and minerals.The optimal ratio of initial solid materials and water was 1∶1,with 15%inoculation.The maximal sporulation quantity was 2.48×1010cfu/g following fermentation for 8 d at 28℃in dark.
