摘　　要：培育高素质农民的信息素养是落实乡村振兴战略和大力推进农村信息化建设的必要举措。采用内容分析法,对“云上智农”应用平台所提供的39位湖南省高素质农民的人物事迹资料进行编码分析,构建以信息意识、信息知识、信息能力、信息道德四大维度为框架,以独具慧眼、探本溯源、人文底蕴、技术积淀、笃志研学、躬体力行、权责一致及嘉言懿行八大要点为标准的理论模型,并依据此理论模型提出高素质农民信息素养的培育路径。Cultivating the information literacy of highly qualified peasants is a necessary measure to implement the rural revitalization strategy and vigorously promote the construction of rural informatization.The content analysis method is used to encode and analyze the deeds of 39 highly qualified peasants in Hunan Province provided by“Yunshang Zhinong”application platform,this paper constructs a theoretical model based on the four dimensions of information awareness,information knowledge,information ability and information ethic with the eight key points of unique insight,root tracing,humanistic heritage,technical accumulation,dedicated research,hands-on practice,consistency of power and responsibility,good words and deeds as the standards,and puts forward the cultivation path of highly qualified peasants information literacy based on this theoretical model.
