开放大学服务数字乡村建设的路径研究

摘　　要：社会经济的飞速发展与信息技术的日臻成熟为开放大学带来了新的发展机遇。民族要复兴,乡村必振兴。在国家大力推进数字乡村建设、举全党全社会之力实现乡村振兴的背景下,以SWOT模型为基础,系统分析了开放大学在服务数字乡村建设方面的优劣势以及机遇与挑战,并基于此构建了开放大学服务数字乡村建设的“一体三元五翼”的建设路径,重点从多方合作、人才培养和成果转化等方面提出深度发展建议。The rapid development of social economy and the maturation of information technology have brought new development opportunities to the Open University.To rejuvenate the nation,the countryside must be rejuvenated.Under the background of the country s vigorous promotion of digital rural construction and the efforts of the whole party and the whole society to realize rural revitalization,this paper systematically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the Open University in serving digital rural construction based on the SWOT model.Based on this,this paper constructs the construction path of“one body,three elements and five wings”of the Open University in serving digital rural construction,and puts forward in-depth development suggestions from the aspects of multi-party cooperation,talent training and achievement transformation.
