摘  要:自动化装配被应用于生产生活的各个领域,而随着装配产品结构复杂程度的提升,对装配轨迹自动校正能力的要求也在不断的提高。为了对装配轨迹的实时在线校正,提高装配精度及稳定性,提出了一种基于光纤传感的自动化装配轨迹校正系统。系统由光纤传感阵列、轨迹误差分析模块以及校正控制模块构成。结合装配结构外形特征,设计了光纤传感阵列分布形式。通过实际测试标定完成了波长变化与应变偏移量之间的函数推导。通过ANSYS软件,仿真分析了轮轴结构装配异常状态下,不同应力造成的应变量变化及趋势。实验首先通过温漂补偿与应力标定测试,得到光纤传感单元的线性变化值为0.0008 nm/N,并且具有很好的线性度。然后针对装配结构在0~200N应力变化范围内的应变偏移程度进行了测试,并与三维扫描仪进行了对比,结果显示,相对误差最大值为6.83%,均值为5.27%。总之,该系统可以在线完成自动化装配过程的轨迹校正。Automated assembly is used in various fields of production and life,and as the complexity of assembly product structure increases,the requirements for the automatic calibration of assembly trajectories are also increasing.In order to correct the assembly trajectory through real-time and improve the accuracy and stability of the assembly,an automatic assembly trajectory correction system based on optical fiber sensing is proposed.The system consists of optical fiber sensor array,trajectory error analysis module and correction control module.Combining the appearance characteristics of the assembly structure,the distribution form of the optical fiber sensor array is designed.The derivation of the function between the wavelength change and the strain shift is completed by actual test calibration.By means of ANSYS software,the changes and trends of the strain variation caused by different stresses in the abnormal state of the wheel and axle structure assembly are simulated and analyzed.Firstly,the linear variation of the fiber optic sensing unit is 0.0008 nm/N with good linearity through temperature drift compensation and stress calibration tests.Then,the strain deviation of the assembled structure is tested over a range of stress variations from 0~200 N and compared with a three-dimensional scanner.The results show that the relative error has a maximum value of 6.83%and an average of 5.27%.In conclusion,the system can complete the trajectory correction of the automated assembly process online.
