摘　　要：慢性刺激性干咳是特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)最常见的症状之一。约有80%的IPF患者存在慢性刺激性干咳,且以日间症状为著,严重时可引起晕厥、骨折等严重并发症,会加重呼吸困难和缺氧。目前传统的止咳药物疗效欠佳,患者咳嗽迁延不愈,严重影响其生活质量及心理健康。樊茂蓉教授通过临床观察与实践,从“本虚络痹”探讨IPF相关咳嗽的病机,治疗以重视先天、金水相生,补养后天、斡旋中焦为主,除痹通络贯穿始终,诸法合用,恢复肺之宣降,则咳嗽自止。Chronic irritant dry cough is one of the most common symptoms of idiopathic interstitial pulmonary fibrosis(IPF).About 80%of IPF patients have chronic irritant dry cough,with daytime symptoms being the most common,and in severe cases it can lead to serious complications such as syncope and fractures,which can aggravate respiratory distress and hypoxia.However,the traditional cough medicine has poor curative effect,and the patients cough can not be cured,whith has a serious impact on patients’quality of life and psychological well-being.Through clinical observation and practice,Professor Fan Maorong discusses the pathogenesis of cough associated with IPF from the perspective of“original deficiency and paralysis of the lung”,and treats it by emphasising the innate nature,the interplay of gold and water,nourishing the latter and mediating the middle jiao.
