摘 要:在过去几年,越来越多的城市建筑建于地铁隧道上方,地铁下穿上盖建筑严重影响了居民健康。为研究地铁振动在上盖建筑基础、地基及上部结构物中的传播规律和振动特性,以与地铁明挖隧道相连的上盖建筑为研究背景,对下穿上盖建筑地下室、附近地表进行振动实测分析,对地面和地下室柱、板振动时程加速度幅值变化情况与Z振级变换规律进行环境振动评价;进一步以地表振动响应为依据,通过反演分析验证数值模型计算正确性,进而开展地铁上部建筑结构振动响应的预测分析,为隧道修建前邻近建筑物振动环境预测提供了有力工具。研究表明:地铁环境振动主要通过隧道壁、柱向结构上方传递,地铁过车引起的地基振动响应沿地铁横向呈波动衰减趋势,当地铁正上方距离隧道中心线大于7 m时,地面测点的Z振级满足规范要求;数值预测结果表明随着楼层高度的增加振动响应呈现出先减小后增大的规律。In the past few years,more and more urban buildings have been built near railway tunnels,which leads to a fact that the metro have a serious impact on the health of residents.In order to study the propagation law and vibration characteristics of the metro in superstructures,this paper takes a building above a metro tunnel as a research example and the field measurements at the ground surface and the structure are conducted to evaluate the environmental vibration level.The vibration is expressed in terms of the acceleration amplitude and the Z vibration level.Based on these indicators,the validity of the inversion numerical model is verified.The inversion numerical model provides a powerful tool for predicting the vibration inside the adjacent buildings near the tunnel.The results show that the metro vibration is mainly transmitted through the tunnel wall and column to the top structures.The vibration response caused by the metro passing fluctuates and decays along the metro horizontally.When the lateral distance at the surface from the tunnel centerline is greater than 7 meters,the Z vibration level meets the requirements of the specification.The numerical predictions show that the vibration response along the building height first decreases and then increases.
