温肾止泻中药敷脐联合饮食管理改善腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨温肾止泻中药敷脐联合饮食管理改善腹泻型肠易激综合征患者临床症状的效果。方法 选取2018年5月至2021年9月收治的118例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者,依据随机编号的方式,分为2组,每组59例,观察组给予温肾止泻中药敷脐联合饮食管理干预,对照组仅给予温肾止泻中药敷脐,2组疗程均为2周,比较2组临床疗效、症状积分、复发情况、生活质量和护理满意度。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率(93.22%)优于对照组(76.27%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组干预前症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组症状积分干预后均显著改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,2组复发人次比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2个月、3个月后,观察组复发人次少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组SF-36得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.61%,高于对照组的77.97%,差异有经计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 温肾止泻中药敷脐联合饮食管理能有效改善腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的临床症状,效果显著。Objective To explore effect of Wenshen Zhixie Fang Umbilicus combined with dietary management on the clinical symptoms of patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D).Methods Totally 118 patients with IBS-D treated in our hospital(May 2018 to September 2021) were randomized at 1∶1 ratio into two groups.The observation group received Wenshen Zhixie Fang Umbilicus + dietary management, the control group only the former. The course of treatment was 2 weeks, aiming to compare clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom score, recurrence, quality-of-life and nursing satisfaction.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(93.22%) vs(76.27%),(P<0.05), respectively. No difference was significant in TCM symptom scores between groups before intervention(P>0.05), but significant improvement in TCM symptom scores was found in the two groups, the observation group was more common(P<0.05). No difference of 1-month recurrence rate was significant between groups(P>0.05), 2-month and 3-month recurrence rates in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05). The 36-item short-form(SF-36) score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.61% vs 77.97%;P<0.05, respectively).Conclusion For patients with IBS-D, Wenshen Zhixie Fang Umbilicus combined with dietary management can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, with significant effect.
