摘  要:目的 观察“工作坊”联合教师讲授模式在超声医学教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年9月—2020年7月南京医科大学医学影像学院超声医学课程学生为研究对象,将学生分成相同人数的观察组和对照组,观察组采用“授课为基础的教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)+工作坊模式(workshop)”教学,对照组LBL教学,两组分别配以相同教龄和职称的老师,通过客观考题和问卷调查评估两组的教学效果。结果 观察组在超声解剖知识、超声扫查方法、常见疾病超声诊断及总分中的成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组学生在理论授课、实践操作、课程安排、教学重视程度、人文关怀、学科满意程度及问卷总分六方面的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。新教学模式能够在加深了学生对理论课程的理解,提高了学生的动手能力以及激发了学生的学习兴趣,同时学生满意度较高。结论 在超声医学课程教学中,采用LBL结合工作坊教学模式能够取得更好的教学效果,此教学模式可尝试在本科生教学中应用。Objective Discussing the teaching effect after introduction of "Workshop" in the lecture-based teaching mode in medical ultrasonography course. To explore a new teaching model combining with lecture—based learning(LBL) and Workshop, and evaluate the feasibility and effect of the new mode1. Methods From September 2018 to July 2020, the students of the ultrasonic medicine course in the School of Medical Imaging, Nanjing Medical University were selected as the research objects, and the students were divided into the same number of observation group and control group. The observation group used "LBL+workshop" teaching, and the control group LBL teaching. The two groups were matched with teachers of the same teaching age and title, and the teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated through objective examination questions and questionnaires. Results The results of ultrasonic anatomy knowledge, ultrasonic scanning methods,ultrasonic diagnosis of common diseases and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The students in the observation group scored higher than those in the control group in terms of theoretical teaching,practical operation, curriculum arrangement, teaching emphasis, humanistic care, subject satisfaction and total score of the questionnaire, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The new teaching mode can not only deepen the students’ understanding of theoretical courses, improve their practical ability and stimulate their interest in learning, but also achieve higher satisfaction.Conclusion The new teaching mode of "LBL+workshop" can achieve better teaching effect in the teaching of medical ultrasound course. And this new teaching mode can try to be popularized and applied in the teaching of undergraduates.
