摘 要:目的 探讨分析耳内镜结合以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在住培医师中耳炎课程教学中的带教效果。方法 选取2016年1月—2019年12月在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院轮转的68名住培医师,通过随机抽签的方法分为两组,对照组34名进行常规教学,研究组34名采用内镜结合PBL教学模式。比较教学后,两组住培医师在理论知识掌握程度、评判性思维能力得分情况、对带教模式满意程度。结果 研究组在理论知识掌握程度、评判性思维能力得分情况、对带教模式满意程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 将内镜结合PBL教学模式应用在住培医师中耳炎课程带教中,可提高住培医师的临床能力、思维能力和对带教模式的满意度,值得在教学中应用借鉴。Objective To explore and analyze the teaching effect of otoendoscopy combined with PBL teaching model in the teaching of otitis media. Methods 68 regular training doctors rotating in our hospital from January 2016to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.34 in the control group were given routine teaching, and 34in the study group were given endoscopy combined with PBL teaching mode. After teaching, the scores of theoretical knowledges, critical thinking ability and satisfaction with the teaching mode were compared between the two groups.Results the study group was better than the control group in the mastery of theoretical knowledge, the score of critical thinking ability and the satisfaction with teaching mode(P<0.05). Conclusion the application of endoscopy combined with PBL teaching mode in the teaching of otitis media can improve the clinical ability and thinking ability of residents, which is worthy of popularization and reference in teaching.
