以“艾滋病的实验室诊断”为例浅谈检验医学课程思政教学

摘　　要：医学课程思政教学可以在教学全过程中融入多种思政理念及思政元素,达到立德树人的目标。检验医学人才作为临床疾病诊疗的“侦察兵”,不仅需要有过硬的专业技能,更要有甘于奉献的高尚道德情操和勇于创新的职业科学素养。笔者以“艾滋病的实验室诊断”这一堂课程思政课为实例,从“构建和谐社会,实现健康中国”“倡导勇于创新、积极奋斗的时代精神”“提高医学职业/科学素养”等几个思政要点进行思政元素的挖掘,综合多种教学方法和形式,紧密围绕课程的主题内容结构及专业知识点来展开课程思政教学。通过对上述课程思政进行详细的教学设计并进行总结与反思,以期为其他检验医学专业课的课程思政教学提供思路和具体的借鉴实例。The ideological and political teaching of medical courses can integrate a variety of ideological and political concepts and elements in the whole teaching process, so as to achieve the goal of establishing morality and cultivating people. As a "scout" for clinical disease diagnosis and treatment, laboratory medical talents need not only excellent professional skills, but also noble moral sentiments willing to contribute and professional scientific literacy brave to innovate. Taking the ideological and political course of "Laboratory Diagnosis of AIDS" as an example, the author explores the ideological and political elements from several ideological and political points such as "building a harmonious society and realizing a healthy China", "advocating the spirit of the times of innovation and active struggle", and "improving medical professional/scientific literacy". Combining various teaching methods and forms, the ideological and political teaching of the course is carried out closely around the theme, content, structure, and professional knowledge points of the course. Through the detailed teaching design, summary and reflection of the above courses, we hope to provide ideas and specific reference examples for the ideological and political teaching of other laboratory medicine courses.
