摘  要:随着输量持续降低,A-D线最冷月安全输送含蜡原油受到挑战。为此,对备选降凝剂进行筛选和室内评价,并通过现场试验,验证其可靠性。试验结果表明,管流剪切对凝点的影响不大,降凝剂重复加热稳定性良好,析蜡高峰区过泵剪切对凝点影响较大,20×10^(-6)~50×10^(-6)加剂量时原油降凝幅度为15.0℃~20.5℃,能够满足冬季最冷月安全输送要求。With the continuous decrease of throughput,the safe transportation of waxy crude oil in the coldest month of A-D line is challenged.Therefore,the selection and indoor evaluation of alternative pour point depressants were carried out,and their reliability was verified through field tests.The test results show that the pipe flow shear has little effect on the condensation point,the stability of repeated heating of the pour point depressant is good,and the pump passing shear in the peak wax precipitation area has a great effect on the condensation point.When dosage of 20×10^(-6)~50×10^(-6)is added,the pour point depression range of crude oil is 15.0℃~20.5℃,which can meet the requirements for safe transportation in the coldest month in winter.
