摘  要:为实现液压挖掘机负载的模拟,针对液压挖掘机负载变化频率高的特点,利用AMESim设计了基于电液比例溢流阀的液压挖掘机负载模拟系统,分别从电液比例溢流阀的流量、主阀芯质量、先导阀芯质量、主阀芯阻尼系数、先导阀芯阻尼系数、主阀芯阻尼孔直径、先导阀芯阻尼孔直径、主阀弹簧刚度等方面研究了负载模拟的系统压力响应性能,为系统结构参数优化提供了一定的理论依据。In order to realize the load simulation of the hydraulic excavator,aiming at the characteristic of high load-change frequency of the hydraulic excavator,AMESim is used to design a load simulation system of the hydraulic excavator based on electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve.The pressure response performance of the load simulation system is studied from the aspects of the flow rate of the electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve,the quality of the main valve core and the pilot valve core,the damping coefficient of the main valve core and the pilot valve core,the damping hole diameter of the main valve core and the pilot valve core,the stiffness of the main valve spring,etc.This study has provided a certain theoretical basis for the structural parameters optimization of the system.
