摘 要:针对传统转晶式溶液降温法生长KDP晶体时容易出现透明度差、裂纹等晶体缺陷的问题,设计了一种运动轨迹、运动参数可变的三轴运动式晶体生长驱动机构。该机构以MPC08SP运动控制卡为核心控制单元,伺服电机为驱动单元,KK模组为执行单元实现机构三轴直线运动。晶体生长实验结果表明,利用该晶体生长驱动机构长成的KDP晶体具有表面光滑平整、形状规则、无裂纹等传统转晶方式下长成的KDP晶体所无法比拟的优势。Aiming at the problem that crystal defects such as poor transparency and cracks are prone to appear when growing KDP crystals with traditional rotating crystal solution cooling method,a three-axis movement crystal growth driving mechanism with changeable trajectory and motion parameters is designed.This mechanism uses MPC08SP motion control card as the core control unit,servo motor as the drive unit,and KK module group as the execute unit to realize the three-axis linear motion of the mechanism.The results of the crystal growth experiments show that the KDP crystals cultivated by using the crystal growth mechanism have unmatched advantages,including smooth surface,regular shape and no cracks.
