摘　　要：茶鲜叶分级设备是茶叶加工中的重要设备,其分级效果直接影响最终茶叶产品的等级和品质。针对湄潭翠芽鲜叶加工前分级难、无适合分选设备的问题,介绍了湄潭翠芽鲜叶筛分设备的关键技术,通过研究设计,确定了筛分设备的进料率M=3.4 kg/min、滚筒长度L=3.0 m、滚筒直径D=0.6 m;筛网孔选择方形孔5 mm×5 mm、15 mm×15 mm两种,安装方式采用分段式串联安装。The classification equipment for fresh tea leaves is an important equipment in tea processing,and its effect directly affects the grade and quality of the final tea products.Aiming at the problems of difficult classification and lack of suitable equipment before the processing of Meitan Cuiya tea leaves,this paper introduces the key technology of the screening equipment for fresh leaves of Meitan Cuiya tea.Through research and design,the parameters of the equipment are determined as follows:the feed rate of the screening equipment M=3.4 kg/min,the drum length L=3.0 m,the drum diameter D=0.6 m,the screen mesh holes are 5 mm×5 mm and 15 mm×15 mm square holes,and the installation method is sectional series installation.
