涂改制品中8种氯代烃的气相色谱-质谱仪测定方法研究

摘　　要：建立气相色谱-质谱仪测定涂改制品中8种氯代烃的检测方法,采用气相色谱-质谱仪,按程序升温,检测8种氯代烃的分离效果比较好,线性关系r2达到0.9994~0.9999,添加标准回收率均在90.6%~103.2%,RSD均<10%,检测限为0.001~0.4 mg·kg-1,定量限为0.01~4 mg·kg-1。A gas chromatography-mass spectrometer method was established for the determination of 8 chlorofluorocarbons in the modified products. By using gas chromatography-mass spectrometer, the separation effect of 8 chlorofluorocarbons was relatively good. The linear relationship r2 reached 0.9994 ~ 0.9999, and the standard recoveries were 90.6% ~ 103.2%.RSDS were lower than 10%, the limits of detection were 0.001 ~ 0.4mg·kg-1, and the limits of quantification were 0.01 ~ 4mg·kg-1.
