摘 要:目的研究宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum果实(枸杞子)正丁醇部位的化学成分。方法运用D101大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、ODS和Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱以及反相制备型HPLC等各种现代色谱分离技术进行系统的分离纯化,根据化合物的光谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果从枸杞子正丁醇部位中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为(3S,5R)-allenic ketodiol 5-O-β-D-glucosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucoside(1)、citroside B(2)、alangionoside D(3)、turpinionoside D(4)、莨菪亭-7-O-β-D-木糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、2-苯乙醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、2-苯乙醇-β-纤维二糖苷(7)、tuberonoid A(8)、对羟基肉桂酸(9)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯丙酸(10)、阿魏酸(11)。结论化合物1为1个新的环香叶烷类单萜,命名为柑橘苷C。化合物2和3为首次从枸杞属植物中分离得到。体外降血糖活性实验表明,化合物1和4在浓度10.0μmol/L时,可以增加胰岛素抵抗HepG2细胞的葡萄糖消耗量。Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the n-butanol part of the fruits of Lycium barbarum.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by various modern chromatographies,and their structures were identified by physiochemical properties and spectroscopic data.Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the n-butanol part of the fruits of L.barbarum,and elucidated as(3S,5R)-allenic ketodiol 5-O-β-D-glucosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucoside(1),citroside B(2),alangionoside D(3),turpinionoside D(4),scopoletin 7-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),2-phenylethyl-β-D-glucoside(6),2-phenylethylβ-cellobioside(7),tuberonoid A(8),p-hydroxycinnamic acid(9),3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid(10)and ferulic acid(11).Conclusion Compound 1 is a new cyclogeraniane monoterpenoid,named citroside C.Compounds 2 and 3 are isolated from Lycium genus for the first time.Compounds 1 and 4 could increase the glucose consumption in insulin-resistant HepG2 cells at a concentration of 10.0μmol/L.
