摘  要:近年来半挂牵引车的需求量在不断增加,特别是在2021年上半年,半挂牵引车已经占据我国公路运输量的半壁江山,正逐渐引起各大主机厂的关注和重视。牵引座作为半挂车和挂车之间的重要连接装置,其可靠性将直接影响半挂车的行驶安全性。论文以牵引座支腿为例,利用CATIA软件对牵引座支腿进行材料替换和结构优化,运用HyperMesh有限元软件建立牵引座支腿和波纹安装板的有限元模型,通过添加对应的边界条件,将两种牵引座支腿方案的静力学分析结果进行对比,结果表明,安全系数提升,符合设计要求。此设计不仅保证了运输效率和可靠性要求,也起到了轻量化的效果。In recent years, the demand for semi-trailer tractors has been increasing. In particular, in the first half of 2021, semi-trailer tractors have accounted for half of china’s road transport volume,and are gradually attracting the attention and attention of major engine manufacturers. As an important connecting device between semi-trailer and trailer, the reliability of tractor will directly affect the driving safety of semi-trailer. In this paper, taking the traction pedestal leg as an example,CATIA software is used to replace the material and optimize the structure of the traction pedestal leg,and HyperMesh finite element software is used to establish the finite element model of the traction pedestal leg and the corrugated mounting plate. By adding the corresponding boundary conditions,the static analysis results of the two traction pedestal leg schemes are compared. The results show that the safety factor is improved and meets the design requirements. This design not only ensures the transportation efficiency and reliability requirements, but also plays a lightweight effect.
