摘 要:万能铣床通过旋转其水平轴和45°斜轴来获得主轴的不同工作位置,以满足各种零部件的加工需求,在加工斜面时,更能体现万能铣床的优越性能。加工斜面时,通常依据的是说明书中的角度对照表,但是对照表所列出的角度值较少,无法满足对各种角度斜面的加工需要。通过对万能铣头结构的分析,采用数学插值方法,推导出水平主轴、45°斜轴与加工斜面之间的角度换算公式。该计算公式得到了车间生产加工的验证,满足了对各种角度斜面的加工需要,为车间生产提供便利,缩短了对刀调整时间,提高了工作效率。The universal milling machine obtains different working positions of the main axis by rotating its horizontal axis and the 45° oblique axis in order to meet the processing requirements of the various parts;especially when processing the slope, the superior performance of the universal milling machine can be reflected. The slope is usually processed according to the angle table of the specification;however, the angle values listed in the table are few, which can not meet the processing needs of various angle slopes. In this paper, through analyzing the structure of universal milling head, the mathematical interpolation method is used to derive the angle conversion formula between the horizontal spindle, the 45° oblique axis and the processing bevel. It could provide convenience for the workshop production, shorten the knife adjustment time, and improve the working efficiency.
