摘 要:氯过氧化物酶对有机底物具有手性识别的功能,以氯过氧化物酶催化,过氧化氢氧化甘油合成R-2,3-二氯-1-丙醇,并引入季铵盐为添加剂提高了目标产物的产率及对映选择性.实验结果表明反应过程中引入添加剂不仅使氯过氧化物酶的活性增加,而且使底物更容易接近催化剂的活性中心,产物R-2,3-二氯-1-丙醇产率可达78.6%,对映选择性达到98.4%,因此氯过氧化物酶具有一定的产业化应用前景.Chloroperoxidase(CPO) has the function of chiral recognition for the organic substrate.In this paper, R-2,3-dichloro-1-propanol was synthesized by hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) oxidizing glycerol using CPO as catalyst.The yield of target product and the antipodal selectivity were improved by introducing quaternary ammonium salt as additive.The experimental results showed that the introduction of additives not only increased the activity of CPO,but also made it easier for the substrate easily accessible to the active center of the enzyme.The productivity and the ee value of R-2,3-dichloro-1-propanol reached to 78.6% and 98.4%,respectively.Therefore, chloroperoxidase has a certain prospect of industrial application.
