浅刺疗法作用机制及现代临床应用研究概况

摘　　要：浅刺疗法是针刺治疗的重要组成部分,现基于皮部理论、经络理论、卫气理论及五脏理论,结合现代皮肤神经系统、皮肤内分泌系统、皮肤免疫系统及筋膜系统相关机制的研究,并结合临床实验研究证实其具有较好疗效。现代临床应用较为广泛的浅刺疗法有:皮肤针、滚针、浮针、腕踝针、揿针,其对大部分皮肤疾病、肌肉筋骨疾病、神经系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病及其他一些内科疾病具有良好疗效。浅刺疗法相对于传统针刺疗法,其具有有低刺激、实用性、高效性、高安全性等特点,可提高患者依从性,有利于针刺治疗的推广及应用等优势。目前浅刺疗法在实际临床操作中应用较少,主要原因为医者对其作用机制了解甚少,该文简要梳理总结近年浅刺疗法的作用机制研究及临床应用。Shallow needling therapy is an important part of acupuncture treatment. It is based on skin theory, meridian theory, Weiqi theory and five zang organs theory, combined with research on the relevant mechanisms of modern skin nervous system, skin endocrine system, skin immune system and fascia system., and combined with clinical experimental studies to prove that it has a good effect. Shallow needling therapy widely used in modern clinical practice includes: skin acupuncture, rolling needle, floating needle, wrist-ankle acupuncture, and pressing acupuncture, which can treat most skin diseases, musculoskeletal diseases, nervous system diseases, respiratory system diseases and some other medical diseases. Has a good curative effect. Compared with traditional acupuncture therapy, shallow needling therapy has the characteristics of low stimulation, practicability, high efficiency, high safety, etc. It can improve patient compliance, and is conducive to the promotion and application of acupuncture therapy. At present, shallow needling therapy is rarely used in actual clinical operations, mainly because doctors know little about its mechanism of action. This article briefly summarizes the research on the mechanism of action and clinical application of shallow needling therapy in recent years.
