摘　　要：为临床医师合理使用新型溶栓药物——替奈普酶静脉溶栓治疗缺血性卒中提供参考依据。由中国医师协会神经内科医师分会组织相关脑血管病专家成立共识编写专家组,通过系统回顾相关文献,总结已发表的临床研究及临床试验网(https://clinicaltrials.gov)注册研究信息,按照《中国脑血管病指南制定方法及应用》,反复讨论制定专家共识。本共识对替奈普酶静脉溶栓治疗缺血性卒中的适应证、药物剂量和安全性等方面提出了明确的推荐意见,同时对轻型卒中、后循环卒中以及联合血管内治疗等方面也展示了进一步探索前景。本共识为相关学科临床医师使用替奈普酶静脉溶栓治疗缺血性卒中和进一步开展相关临床研究提供了可行性建议和指引。The aim of this expert consensus was to provide a reasonable scene of the new thrombolytic agent--tenecteplase for clinicians in ntravenous thrombolytic treatment of acute ischemic stroke.The writing expert group were appointed by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association.The relevant literature,including the published clinical studies and registered research information on the clinical trials network(https://clinicaltrials.gov)were summarized,then the recommendations were made after considerable discussion by the writing group,according to the format of"Cerebrovascular Disease Guide Formulation Method and Application in China".This expert consensus gave the definite recommendations on the indication,dose and safety of tenecteplase on intravenous thrombolysis for acute ischemic stroke.Moreover,the exploration of tenecteplase to treat mild stroke,posterior circulation stroke and combined intravascular therapy were displayed as well.This expert consensus provides practical suggestions for clinicians in intravenous thrombolysis of acute ischemic stroke and further related clinical study using tenecteplase.
