摘　　要：目的探讨包含Jumonji C结构域蛋白6(Jumonji C-domain containing protein 6,JMJD6)和Ki67在不同病理级别胶质瘤中的表达及三者的相关性和意义。方法从2018至2020年我科收治的胶质瘤患者中,按病理级别和发病率随机抽取42例肿瘤标本,用免疫组化法检测瘤组织JMJD6与Ki67的表达;分析各级别胶质瘤JMJD6、Ki67表达的差异;Pearson相关分析法分析JMJD6、Ki67表达水平与病理级别之间的相关性。结果JMJD6表达的中位数为Ⅰ级0.05,Ⅱ级4.50,Ⅲ级7.50,Ⅳ级8.00,JMJD6的表达水平随着胶质瘤级别的增加而升高,级别间的差异有统计学意义(H=25.397,P?0.001);Ki67表达的中位数为Ⅰ级0.010,Ⅱ级0.050,Ⅲ级0.325,Ⅳ级0.550,Ki67的表达水平也随着胶质瘤级别的增加而升高,级别间的差异有统计学意义(H=30.804,P?0.001);JMJD6的表达水平与病理级别呈正相关(r=0.782,P?0.001);Ki67的表达水平与病理级别呈正相关(r=0.852,P?0.001);JMJD6与Ki67两者的表达水平呈正相关(r=0.709,P?0.001)。结论JMJD6和Ki67与胶质瘤病理级别三者之间存在正相关关系,JMJD6与胶质瘤的恶性程度及增殖有关,可作为预测预后的指标。Objective To investigate the expression,correlation and significance of JMJD6 and Ki67 in glioma with different grades and their correlation and significance.Methods Forty-two cases of glioma were selected from patients with glioma admitted to our department from 2018 to 2020 by pathological grade and morbidity randomly,and the expression of JMJD6 and Ki67 in tumor tissue was examined by using immunohistochemistry.The expression levels of JMJD6 and Ki67 in glioma with different grades were analyzed.The correlation between the expression levels of JMJD6,Ki67 and pathological grade was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results The median of JMJD6 expression level was 0.05 inⅠgrade,4.50 inⅡgrade,7.50 inⅢgrade,8.00 inⅣgrade.The expression of JMJD6 levels was increased with the increase of glioma grade,the difference between grades was statistically significant(H=25.397,P?0.001).The median of ki67 expression level was 0.010 inⅠgrade,0.050 inⅡgrade,0.325 inⅢgrade and 0.550 inⅣgrade.The expression of Ki67 was also increased with the increase of glioma grade,the difference between grades was statistically significant(H=30.804,P?0.001);The expression level of JMJD6 was positively correlated with pathological grade(r=0.782,P?0.001).The expression level of Ki67 was also positively correlated with pathological grade,r=0.852,P?0.001;The expression levels of JMJD6 and Ki67 were significantly positively correlated,r=0.709,P?0.001.Conclusion There is positive correlation between JMJD6 and Ki67 and the pathological grade of glioma.JMJD6 is related to the malignant degree and proliferation of glioma,which can be used as a prognostic indicator.
