精准思政视角下高职院校党建与思政教育协同育人研究

摘　　要：随着大数据技术的广泛应用,高职院校思想政治工作精准化水平不断提高,“精准思政”已成为各高职院校广泛关注的焦点。通过分析党建在思想政治工作方面的引领作用,探析精准思政下党建与思想政治教育协同育人机制,即精准识别思政工作目标,精准分析学生教育需求,实现思想政治教育工作内容的精准供给,不断丰富新时代思想政治工作的内涵。With the wide application of big data technology,the precision of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges has been constantly improved,and“precise ideological and political work”has become the focus of wide attention.By analyzing the leading role of party building in ideological and political work,this paper explores the collaborative education mechanism of party building and ideological and political education under the precise ideological and political work.By accurately identifying the objectives of ideological and political work,accurately analyzing students’education needs,the precise supply of ideological and political education content can be achieved,and the connotation of ideological and political work in the new era can be constantly enriched.
