摘  要:为响应教育部一流课程建设“双万计划”,培养卓越创新人才,牡丹江医学院基础医学院组织学与胚胎学教研室积极探索将混合式教(导)+学理念(系统思维驱动学习)应用于组织学与胚胎学理论课与实验课教学中;通过引导学习、协作学习和分享评价三部曲,将课堂教学内容按教学方法、知识传输、能力培养和素质教育进行了重塑;课堂教学过程充分体现以学生为中心,注重培养学生系统思维、创新思维和分析问题、解决问题的能力。目前,课题组已经在5个年级、4个专业开展了系统思维驱动学习理念指导下的实验-理论一体化医学金课堂课程建设与改革。课堂教学效果显著提高。In response to the “Double Ten Thousand Plan” of first-class course construction of the Ministry of Education and cultivate outstanding and innovative talents, the authors applied “Blended Teaching(Guiding)+Learning(System thinking-driven learning, STDL)” to theoretical courses and experimental courses. Through the trilogy of guided learning, collaborative learning and shared evaluation, the authors reshaped classroom teaching in the aspects of teaching methods, knowledge imparting, ability cultivation, and quality education. The classroom teaching was student-centered, focusing on cultivating system thinking, innovative thinking, and abilities to analyze and solve problems. The research group has explored curriculum construction and reform, in which STDL has been adopted in the Golden Classroom of experiment-theory integration. The teaching reform has been carried out in the students of 5 grades from 4 specialties, and the classroom teaching effect has been significantly improved.
