摘  要:在露天矿山采矿作业中,采矿卡车工作环境恶劣,经常发生追尾、碾压等事故。因此,提高采矿卡车的安全性具有十分重要的意义。该文结合毫米波雷达与广角鱼眼摄像头,在嵌入式Linux系统上通过QT开发了一套矿山卡车前后五级防撞预警及广视角实时监控系统。该系统利用限定区域内的初选目标与Kalman滤波预测目标相结合的方法确定预警的有效目标,并且利用GPU加速技术实现了视频数据的实时去畸变处理。经测试该系统既能够有效地消除矿车近距离内的视觉盲区,又能够检测车辆前后远距离的障碍物,从而减少事故的发生。In the mining operation of open-pit mine,the working environment of mining trucks is harsh,and accidents such as rear-end collision and rolling often occur.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the safety of mining trucks.Combining millimeter wave radar and wide-angle fish eye camera,this paper develops a set of mine truck front and rear five level anti-collision early warning and wide angle real-time monitoring system through QT on embedded Linux system.The system uses the method of combining the primary target in the limited area with Kalman filtering prediction target to determine the effective target of early warning,and uses GPU acceleration technology to realize real-time distortion removal of video data.After testing,the system can not only effectively eliminate the visual blind area in the near distance of the tramcar,but also detect the obstacles in the far distance before and after the vehicle,so as to reduce the occurrence of accidents.
