摘　　要：为了研究广西来宾经济发展新动能情况,该文选择2020年广西区内14个地市科技发展与创新、农业农村、人民生活等多个指标,主要从一般公共财政预算收入(亿元)、税收收入、国内增值税等方面来构建广西经济发展新动能研究体系,并对来宾与广西区内市经济发展进行综合分析及评价。立足于广西经济发展新动能现状,计量学方法构建新动能研究模型,提出促进来宾经济发展新动能和经济社会发展的政策建议,为政府进行科学决策和宏观管理提供可参考的有效依据。In order to study the new driving force of economic development in Guangxi Laibin,this paper selected multiple indicators such as scientific and technological development and innovation,agriculture and rural areas,and people’s life in 14 cities in Guangxi in 2020,mainly including the general public budget revenue(100 million yuan),tax revenue,domestic value-added tax,etc.to build a new driving force research system for Guangxi’s economic development,and conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the economic development of Laibin and other prefecture level cities in Guangxi.Based on the current situation of new driving forces for Guangxi’s economic development,we built a research model of new driving forces using metrology method,and put forward policy recommendations to promote the new driving forces of economic development and economic and social development of Laibin,which provides an effective reference for the government to make scientific decisions and macro management.
