摘　　要：高等院校图书馆在人才培养中占有十分重要的地位。随着社会的不断发展,消除高校图书馆发展的消极因素,提升图书馆服务的效率,满足读者个性化、多元化的需求,更好地为读者服务,始终是大家需要关注的课题。该文阐述了新时代高校图书馆服务创新的必要性,从摈弃传统陈旧服务观念、馆藏资源的合理配置、服务方式的多样化等方面,探讨高校图书馆的服务创新问题并提出相应的解决办法,以实现图书馆“以人为本,读者至上”的宗旨,为高校图书馆的发展发挥积极的推动作用。University libraries play a very important role in personnel training. With the continuous development of society, eliminating the negative factors of the development of university libraries, improving the efficiency of library services, meeting the personalized and diversified needs of readers, and better serving readers have always been the issues that everyone needs to pay attention to. This paper expounds the necessity of service innovation of university library in the new era, probes into the service innovation of university library from the aspects of abandoning the traditional and outdated service concepts, rational allocation of collection resources, and diversification of service methods, and puts forward corresponding solutions, so as to realize the purpose of "people-oriented, readers first" of library, and play a positive role in promoting the development of university library.
