摘　　要：注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是儿童时期最常见的精神障碍之一,以注意力不集中、多动、冲动为核心症状。迄今为止ADHD致病因素尚不明确,发病机制复杂,临床以精神类药品为一线用药,但治疗过程中易引起滥用,且该类药物的不良反应也制约着临床应用。中医药治疗在改善患儿核心症状并减少药物依赖风险及不良反应等方面有着独特的作用及广阔的发展前景。本文从中医药治疗该病的理论基础及临床现状进行综述,以求促进中医药领域对其进一步研究。Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is one of the most common mental disorders in children.Core symptoms of ADHD are inattention,hyperactivity and impulse.So far,the pathogenic factors of ADHD are not clear,and the pathogenesis is complex.Psychiatric drugs are used as the first-line drugs in clinic,but they are easy to cause abuse in the treatment process,and the adverse reactions of these drugs also restrict the clinical application.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has a unique role and broad development prospects in improving the core symptoms and reducing the risk of drug dependence and adverse reactions.This paper summarizes the theoretical basis and clinical status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,in order to promote the further research of this disease in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
