摘　　要：汀州酒文化是汀州文化的重要组成部分,对汀州文化的发展具有重要的推动作用。汀州酒文化彰显崇礼尚仁理念,体现重孝贵义理念,蕴含中庸调和思想,给人们带来了无尽的乐趣和启示。同时,汀州酒文化促成了汀州人善饮和好饮性格的形成,也促成了汀州人好客的文化风格以及演绎了客家人的勤劳风格。Tingzhou wine culture is an important part of Tingzhou culture and plays an important role in promoting the development of Tingzhou culture. Tingzhou wine culture highlights the concept of advocating courtesy and benevolence, embodies the concept of attaching importance to filial piety and righteousness, contains the thought of moderation and reconciliation, and brings endless fun and inspiration to people. At the same time, Tingzhou wine culture contributes to the formation of Tingzhou people’s drinking character, and also contributes to the hospitable cultural style of Tingzhou people and the interpretation of the hard-working style of Hakka people.
