Research on Innovation Efficiency of Listed Enterprises in China’s Marine Engineering Equipment Manufacturing Industry

摘  要:结合我国25家海工装备制造业上市企业2015-2017年的研发活动数据,运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对海工装备上市企业创新效率进行测度,并从创新效率、有效性、规模收益、企业分类4个角度进行剖析,最后通过Tobit方法探究我国海工装备制造业上市企业创新效率的影响因素。结果表明:我国海工装备制造业上市企业创新效率整体偏低;大部分样本企业为DEA弱有效或无效,存在研发资源配置不合理问题;不同类型的海工装备上市企业间创新效率存在较大差异;固定资产、研发人员和研发经费投入强度、地区科研水平与企业创新效率有显著相关性,是影响海工装备制造业上市企业创新效率的主要因素。最后,提出改进创新效率、促进产业发展的对策建议。Based on the R&D activities data of 25 listed enterprises in China’s marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry from2015 to 2017, this paper uses DEA method to measure the innovation efficiency of 25 listed enterprises, and analyzes them from four perspectives of innovation efficiency, effectiveness, scale revenue and enterprise classification. And then, this paper uses Tobit method to explore the influencing factors of the innovation efficiency of listed enterprises. The results show that: the innovation efficiency of listed enterprises in China’s marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry is generally low;most of the sample enterprises are DEA weakly effective or ineffective, and there is an unreasonable allocation of R&D resources;there are significant differences in innovation efficiency among different types of sample enterprises;the fixed assets, R&D personnel, R&D funding investment intensity and regional scientific research level are significantly correlated with enterprise innovation efficiency, which are the main factors affecting the innovation efficiency of listed enterprises in marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve innovation efficiency and promote industrial development.
