摘　　要：建立超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用技术(UPLC-QQQ-MS)同时测定叠鞘石斛与铁皮石斛中三种单糖含量的方法,构建一种以单糖成分为指标的评价模型。方法学考察结果表明,本方法仪器精密度、重复性符合要求,且耐用性稳定,三种单糖成分在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好。叠鞘石斛与铁皮石斛中葡萄糖、甘露糖、半乳糖3种单糖含量存在一定差异。建立的UPLC-QQQ-MS方法具有快速,准确,高效等特点,可用于叠鞘石斛与铁皮石斛质量评价。An ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(UPLC-QQQ-MS)method was established to simultaneously determine the content of three monosaccharides in Dendrobium denneanum and D.officinale,and an evaluation model based on monosaccharide components was constructed.The results of methodological investigation showed that the precision of the instrument and the repeatability met the requirements,and the durability was stable,monosaccharide components had a good linear relationship within a certain concentration range.There were certain differences in the content of glucose,mannose,and galactose in Dendrobium denneanum and D.officinale.The established UPLC-QQQ-MS method was fast,accurate and efficient,which can be applied to the quality evaluation of Dendrobium denneanum and D.officinale.
