乙型肝炎肝硬化的中西医治疗研究现状及展望

摘　　要：乙型肝炎肝硬化是临床上的一种常见病症,其主要由慢性乙型的病毒性肝炎发展所致。中医认为乙型肝炎肝硬化证属气阴两虚,主要由肝阳偏亢、肝阴不足所致,同时可诱发肝火犯胃,胃失和降。西医主要为抗病毒治疗,中医通过分析乙型肝炎肝硬化的病因病机、不同分型等进行汤剂、方剂等方式的治疗。采用中西医结合方式对患者起到标本兼治的作用。通过研究乙型肝炎肝硬化的概念、病因病机、中西医疗法等,得出中西医联合治疗的优势,现综述如下。Hepatitis B cirrhosis is a common clinical disease,which is mainly caused by the development of chronic viral hepatitis B.In Chinese medicine,the syndrome of hepatitis B cirrhosis belongs to the deficiency of both qi and yin,which is mainly caused by hyperactive liver yang and deficient liver yin,which can also induce the syndrome of liver fire invading the stomach and the syndrome of failure of stomach qi to descend.In western medicine,hepatitis B cirrhosis is mainly treated with an antiviral therapy,while Chinese medicine treats it with decoctions and prescriptions based on analyzing its etiology,pathogenesis and different patterns,etc.Integrated Chinese and western medicine is proved to be able to treat both manifestations and root causes of the disease.This paper focuses on reviewing the definition,etiology and pathogenesis of hepatitis B cirrhosis,and its treatment methods in Chinese medicine and western medicine,with a hope to highlighting the advantages of integrated Chinese and western medicine in its treatment.
