摘　　要：综述了近年来抗冻蛋白(antifreeze proteins,AFPs)应用研究的进展。内容包括:AFPs的特性和种类;AFPs在农业、渔业、食品工业、动物学和医学等领域的应用研究;AFPs在细菌和酵母菌中的表达以及AFPs和细胞膜的关系等。Recent progress in application research of antifreeze proteins (AFPs) is reviewed. The contents include: property and variety of AFPs; application research of AFPs in agriculture, fish culture, food industry, zoology and medicine; expression of AFPs in bacteria and yeast; relationship between AFPs and cell membrane, etc.
