摘　　要：文章针对某船液压锚机的制动系统出现制动油缸活塞不运动的现象,对机械制动系统和液压制动系统的工作原理和结构进行了研究,并分析了制动系统可能的故障现象和原因,最后提出了排除故障的方法。This paper investigates the phenomenon of a motionless brake cylinder piston in the brake system of a ship’s hydraulic windlass.It examines the working principles and structures of mechanical and hydraulic brake systems,analyzes the possible faults of the brake system and the corresponding reasons for those faults,and proposes fault clearance methods accordingly.
