摘 要:由于部分行业用工需求下降、高校毕业生规模增大,“稳就业”形势依然严峻。而在“碳达峰、碳中和”背景下,中国新能源材料、电池、光伏及风电等热门行业蓬勃发展,势必推动传统制造业与绿色能源化产业的优化组合,为机械专业高校毕业生就业带来了新一轮的机遇与挑战。基于此,文章提出了机械专业学生的多元化体系培养方案,结合新能源行业的人才需求,按照“早规划、牢基础、全方面、重实践”的四步走原则,提高学生的学科交融度及实践应用能力,培养能适应新就业形势的复合型人才。Due to the decline in the demand for labor in some industries,the scale of college graduates has increased,the situation of "stable employment" is still grim,and in the context of "carbon peak and neutrality",the domestic new energy materials,batteries,photovoltaics and wind power and other popular industries are booming,which is bound to promote the optimization of the traditional manufacturing industry and the green energy industry,bringing a new round of opportunities and challenges for the employment of mechanical college graduates.Based on this,this paper proposes a diversified system training program for mechanical students,combined with the talent needs of the new energy industry,in accordance with the four-step principle of early planning,solid foundation,all-round and practice-oriented" improves students’ discipline integration and practical application ability,and cultivates compound talents who can adapt to the new employment situation.
