摘　　要：为保障智能合约的安全性,合理匹配人力资源与岗位,研究区块链技术在人力管理系统中的应用。区块链服务层的加密模块应用RSA加密算法加密智能合约,企业的管理者可将工作任务直接指定给员工或者将要完成的任务发布到企业的任务池,选择合适人员担任相关工作,布置于区块链上的智能合约执行已约定好的相关条款,自动生成企业与适合该项工作员工的刚性合约。实验结果表明:该技术可保障智能合约的安全性,提高人力资源管理者获取信息数据的准确性,使人资匹配更加合理。In order to ensure the security of smart contracts and reasonably match human resources with posts,the application of blockchain technology in human management system is studied.The encryption module of the blockchain service layer applies the RSA encryption algorithm to encrypt the smart contract,and the manager of the enterprise can assign the work task directly to the employee or publish the task to be completed to the task pool of the enterprise,select the appropriate person to undertake the related work,and execute the agreed terms of the smart contract arranged on the blockchain,and automatically generate a rigid contract between the enterprise and the appropriate employees.The experiment results show that it can ensure the security of smart contracts,improve the accuracy of human resources managers in obtaining information data,make human capital matching more reasonable.
