摘 要:菠萝蜜(Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam.)是南亚热带著名的特色果树,具有广泛的自然分布和较高的种质资源多样性,产业发展前景好。为探索菠萝蜜幼苗营养吸收与氯化钙浓度短期处理的关系,对长势一致的菠萝蜜幼苗进行了不同浓度的氯化钙处理,研究短期内菠萝蜜幼苗不同部位营养元素含量变化。结果表明,大量元素N、K、Mg和微量元素B在叶片中的本源储藏分布较丰富。不同浓度氯化钙处理菠萝蜜幼苗不同部位表现出极为复杂的营养元素积累反应,低浓度氯化钙处理(1.5 mmol/L)能有效促进茎部和根部大量元素N、P、Ca和Mg以及微量元素B、Fe的积累,而对根部大量元素K的积累无明显效果,高浓度氯化钙处理(6.0 mmol/L)则可促进根部K、Ca、Mg的积累,茎部Mg的积累,叶片N、Ca、Mg的积累。氯化钙处理对微量元素Zn具有抑制作用。Jackfruit(Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam.) is a famous characteristic fruit in the subtropical region of the world. It has a wide natural distribution and high diversity of germplasm resources. To explore the relationship between nutrient uptake and accumulation of jackfruit seedlings and calcium chloride concentration, we treated jackfruit seedlings with calcium chloride at different concentrations. The content of nutrition elements in different parts of jackfruit seedlings were studied. The results showed that the primary storage distribution of macro-nutrient element nitrogen, potassium,magnesium and micro-nutrient element boron in leaves was abundant. Complex nutrient accumulation reactions occurred in different parts of jackfruit seedlings treated with different concentrations of calcium chloride. Low-concentration calcium chloride treatment(1.5 mmol/L) could effectively promote the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium in stems and roots, as well as boron and iron, but had no effect on the accumulation of potassium in roots. High-concentration calcium chloride treatment(6.0 mmol/L) promoted the accumulation of potassium, calcium and magnesium in roots,magnesium in stem, nitrogen, calcium and magnesium in leaves. Zinc was inhibited by various concentrations of calcium chloride.
