摘 要:目前的高职院校内部治理体系和治理能力存在行政化特征明显,制度体系建设较薄弱,专业设置、课程体系与市场需求之间存在差距等问题。在国家推进治理体系和治理能力现代化的背景下,高职院校需要通过构建多元主体共同参与内部治理的新格局,健全和完善以章程为核心的制度体系建设,聚焦类型特色创新人才培养模式等方式推进学校内部治理体系和治理能力的现代化,促进职业教育高质量发展。At present,the internal governance system and governance ability of higher vocational colleges still have the following problems.Firstly,administrative characteristics are obvious;secondly,the system con⁃struction is weak;and thirdly,there is a gap between specialty setting,curriculum system and market demand.Under the background of promoting the modernization of governance system and governance ability,there are three ways to promote the modernization of the higher vocational colleges’internal governance system and gov⁃ernance ability and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.The establishment of a new pattern of pluralistic subjects and internal co-governance in higher vocational colleges,strengthening and per⁃fecting the system construction with the core of regulations and focusing on the innovating new ways of talent cultivating mode with type characteristics will promote the development of vocational education.
