摘　　要：知识产权保护水平影响企业的R&D投入和技术溢出,进而影响企业的创新绩效。文章利用多层线性模型对我国1734家A股上市公司的创新动力和创新绩效进行定量研究。结果显示:强化知识产权保护不但对企业创新绩效的提升有直接影响,还会由R&D投入和技术溢出等创新动力对创新绩效施加间接影响;法律执行效果、司法保护水平与知识产权意识等因素亦通过不同机制对企业创新绩效产生作用;在不同的知识产权保护水平下,影响企业创新动力的具体因素不同,进而对创新绩效的作用机制呈现显著差异。The level of intellectual property right(IPR)protection affects the R&D investment and technology spillover of enterprises,and thus affects the innovation performance of enterprises.This paper uses the hierarchical linear model(HLM)to conduct a quantitative study on the innovation motivation and innovation performance of 1734 A-share listed companies in China.The findings are as the following:Strengthening IPR protection not only has a direct impact on the improvement of innovation performance of enterprises,but also exerts an indirect impact on innovation performance by innovation driving forces such as R&D investment and technology spillover.The effect of law enforcement,the level of judicial protection and the awareness of IPR also have an effect on the innovation performance of enterprises through different mechanisms.Under different IPR protection levels,the specific factors that affect the innovation motivation of enterprises are different,and the mechanism on innovation performance is also significantly different.
