摘　　要：从学生职业素养培养的角度出发,根据现代职业教育理念,探索职教体育对高职学生职业素养培养的意义。通过对旅游管理专业学生进行一年的体育教育实践教学,以学校体育课程和课外体育活动等多方面着手,有针对性的开展多模块的体育游戏、拓展训练及徒步的活动,从生理、心理及社会适应等多方面促进学生的职业素养水平,提高学生的综合竞争力,拓展职业素养教育的途径。From the perspective of the cultivation of students’ professional quality, according to the concept of modern vocational education, this paper analyzes the current situation of vocational quality education in school physical education, and explores the significance of school physical education courses for the cultivation of vocational quality of students. Through the one-year physical education practice teaching for the students majoring in tourism management, starting from the school physical education curriculum and extracurricular physical activities, the targeted multi-module sports games, expansion training and hiking activities are carried out to promote the students’ professional quality level from physiological, psychological and social adaptation, improve the students’ comprehensive competitiveness and expand the professional elements The way to foster education.
