摘  要:为了建立马铃薯芽培养育苗技术体系,降低马铃薯扩繁成本,本试验采用L9(34)正交试验设计方法,探讨了湿度、光照和温度3个因素对马铃薯芽培养育苗的影响。结果表明:3个因素对马铃薯芽培养均有显著影响,且湿度的影响最大,温度次之;培养湿度80%~90%、光照强度≤10 lx、温度23~25℃为马铃薯芽培养最佳培养条件,出芽数最多,达到105.00个。该试验获得了马铃薯芽培养育苗的具体培养条件参数,建立了芽培养育苗技术体系。In order to establish the technical system of cultivating seedling from potato sprout and reduce the cost of potato propagation,this experiment used L9(34) orthogonal test design method to explore the effects of humidity,light and temperature on cultivating seedling from potato sprout. The results showed that the three factors had significant effects on potato sprout culture, and humidity had the greatest effect, followed by temperature. The optimum culture condition for potato sprout culture was 80%-90% RH, ≤ 10 lx and 23-25 ℃, under this condition, the number of sprouts was the largest, reaching 105.00. The experiment obtained the specific culture condition parameters of cultivating seedling from potato sprout, and established the technical system of cultivating seedling from potato sprout.
