摘  要:为使高压断路器在运行期间达到最优经济效益,通过引入系统动力学建立高压断路器全寿命周期成本模型评估其经济寿命。由于故障成本随故障率波动而动态变化,为了准确描述实际检修对故障率的影响,通过引入“役龄回退因子”修正实际维修后的故障率函数。同时,基于高压断路器LCC模型求得其年均全寿命成本,进而确定高压断路器可获得最大经济效益的退役年限。通过算例仿真结果可知,基于系统动力学的高压断路器LCC模型能直观地反映高压断路器整个运行年限内全寿命周期成本及其构成因素变化过程,对高压断路器实际运行维护及退役具有参考借鉴意义。For making the high voltage circuit breaker(HVCB)to achieve optimal economic benefits during opera⁃tion period,the life cycle cost(LCC)model of the HVCB is set up by introducing system dynamics method to assess its economic life.Considering that the failure cost will change dynamically with the fluctuation of failure rate,the“age reduction factor”is introduced to depict the changing process of failure rate function after actual maintenance.Meanwhile,the average annual life cost of the HVCB is obtained based on the LCC model of HVCB,and then the re⁃tirement life of the HVCB which represents the largest economic benefits is obtained.It is known through the calcula⁃tion simulation result that the the LCC model of HVCB based on the system dynamics can intuitively reveal the whole life cycle cost and variation process of constituent factors within the overall operation life.It has reference signifi⁃cance to the actual operation and out of service of HVCB.
