摘　　要：结合对中小型智能制造企业生产物流的发展现状调研,描述分析了从业人员对于生产物流升级的观点和面临的困难,明晰了众多中小型企业发展生产物流倾向于第三方外包的内在成本动因。随后以句容协鑫集成为典型,对其发展智慧生产物流进行了SWOT分析,进而提出了中小型智能制造企业生产物流升级的相关建议。Based on the investigation of the development status of production logistics in small and medium-sized intelligent manufacturing enterprises,we described and analyzed the views and difficulties of employees on the upgrading of production logistics,and clarified the internal cost drivers of many small and medium-sized enterprises’tendency to outsourcing production logistics to a third party.Then,we took GCL Jurong as a typical example to carry out SWOT analysis on its development of intelligent production logistics,and put forward some suggestions on the upgrading of production logistics of small and medium-sized intelligent manufacturing enterprises.
