摘 要:在新工科背景下,传统的金工实习已逐步向具有现代工业体系的综合实践方向转化,为充分发挥工程训练课程思政在培养学生立德树人方面的作用,结合中心实践教学改革大纲的修订,通过建设“多功能”的师资队伍,与课程思政的有效层级融合,进一步提升教学方法,师生考核模式的建立,探索了现代工程训练中课程思政深度融合的实施策略。实践表明,工程训练课程思政的开展,在培养和强化学生的大工程意识的同时,有效改进了课程思政的协同育人机制,发挥了工程训练课程的思政育人引领作用。Against the background of emergent engineering education, the traditional metalworking practice has been gradually transformed into a comprehensive practice with modern industrial system. In order to give full play to the role of ideological and political education in engineering training courses in cultivating students’ virtues and morality, combined with the revision of the syllabus for the practical teaching reform of the center, we explored the implementation strategies of the deep integration of curriculum ideological and political education with modern engineering training by means of establishing a team of “multi-functional” teachers, achieving effective hierarchical integration of curriculum ideological and political education, improving teaching methods of curriculum ideological and political education, and developing teacher-and-student assessment model. Our practices show that the implementation of ideological and political education in engineering training courses not only cultivated and strengthened students’ consciousness of big projects, but also effectively improved the cooperative education mechanism of ideological and political education in the course and played the leading role of ideological and political education in engineering training courses.
