产教融合视域下应用型大学课程保障:价值追求、现实问题与改进建议

摘　　要：产教融合视角拓宽了应用型大学课程保障的基本思路,产教融合视域下的应用型大学课程保障应使教师队伍结构与应用型人才培养要求相契合、学校教育资源与企业生产实践资源相融通、校企合作的教育制度与产业制度相对接。然而,产教融合视域下,应用型大学课程保障还存在“双师型”教师数量不足、专业发展机制不健全,课程经费不足、实践基地建设不到位,企业参与课程建设的激励不足、合作推进机制不顺等问题。应用型大学亟须强化“双师型”教师的选聘力度,构建教师实践技能发展机制;加大课程经费投入,统筹配置各类课程资源和服务;构建企业参与课程建设的激励机制,完善校企共享共赢制度。The perspective of industry-education integration broadens the basic idea of curriculum guarantee of application-oriented universities.The curriculum guarantee of application-oriented universities from the perspective of industry-education integration should make the structure of the faculty consistent with the training requirements of applied talents,integrate school educational resources with enterprise production practice resources,and connect the educational system of school-enterprise cooperation with the industrial system.However,there are still some problems in the curriculum guarantee of application-oriented universities from the perspective of industry-education integration,such as the shortage in number of“double qualified”teachers and the imperfect professional development mechanism,the insufficient curriculum funds and the inadequate construction of practice base,the insufficient incentive of enterprise to participate in curriculum construction and the unsmooth cooperation promotion mechanism.It is urgent for application-oriented universities to strengthen the selection and employment of“double qualified”teachers and build a mechanism for the development of teachers practical skills;Increase the investment of curriculum funds and allocate all kinds of curriculum resources and services as a whole;Build an incentive mechanism for enterprises to participate in curriculum construction and improve the sharing and win-win system between schools and enterprises.
