摘  要:共同富裕与产教融合同为国家战略,二者的推进皆离不开共同体理论的指导,具有理论基础的一致性。产教融合与共同富裕还具有逻辑理路的同源性:就内容构成而言,二者具有内在一致性;从逻辑层面而言,二者具有逻辑关联性;从运行机理而言,二者具有路径的耦合性。要实现共同富裕的稳步推进,既要在“做大蛋糕”上做文章,也要在“分好蛋糕”上做文章,更要实现“共享蛋糕”,具体涉及财富创造的提高和分配制度的改革优化。在“做大蛋糕”也就是财富创造提高的逻辑上,产教融合通过对生产要素层面的赋能和劳动者层面的赋能推进共同富裕财富创造的价值性。在“分好蛋糕”与“共享蛋糕”也就是分配制度改革优化的逻辑上,产教融合需要提升初次分配的效率性、产教融合赋能二次分配的公平性、产教融合增强三次分配的共享性。Common prosperity and integration of industry and education are national strategies. Both of them cannot be promoted without the guidance of community theory and they are consistent in theoretical basis. Industry-education integration and common prosperity also have the homology of logic: in terms of content composition, the two have internal consistency;in terms of logic, they are logically related;in terms of operation mechanism, they have path coupling. To realize the steady progress of common prosperity, we should not only make efforts to "make the cake bigger", but also focusing on the issue of "dividing and sharing the cake", which specifically involves the improvement of wealth creation and the reform and optimization of the distribution system. In the logic of "making the cake bigger", that is, improving wealth creation, the integration of industry and education promotes the value of wealth creation for common prosperity through the empowerment of production factors and workers. In the logic of "dividing and sharing the cake", that is, the reform and optimization of the distribution system, the integration of industry and education improves the efficiency of the primary distribution, empowers the fairness of the secondary distribution, and enhances the sharing of the tertiary distribution.
