摘　　要：郑天挺与北京大学文科研究所关系密切,尤其是抗日战争时期,郑天挺兼任北京大学文科研究所副所长,实际主持所务。他在招收和培养研究生等方面坚持严格招考、精准培养、科学管理,努力践行爱国教育与人才培养相结合。所招收的数十名研究生都成为其研究领域的学术骨干和领军人物,在历史、语言等学术领域产生了深远的影响。The relationship between Zhen Tianting and the Beijing University Institute of Liberal Arts was close.During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he was the Vice Dean of the Beijing University Institute of Liberal Arts, while he also ran the institution’s administrative affairs. He insisted on rigorous recruitment, targeted training and scientific management while he attempted to integrate patriotic education and professional cultivation. Dozens of graduate students he recruited later became leading scholars in their respective fields, and they exerted significant influence in the academic fields such as history and linguistics.
