摘　　要：临床执业医师资格考试是医学行业准入性质的考试,该考试通过率被默认为是评定和考查医学院校教学质量的重要标准。本文以国家医学考试中心提供的某高校《临床执业医师资格考试学科成绩分析报告》为基础,基于教学管理视角,全面分析临床执业医师资格考试通过率较低的原因,并对提高执考通过率提出合理化建议,为提高医学院校临床医学专业的教学质量、加快教学管理方法的创新发展、强化临床实践教学的体系建设提供参考。The clinical practitioner qualification examination is an examination of the nature of medical industry access. The passing rate of the examination is defaulted to be an important standard for evaluating and examining the teaching quality of medical colleges and universities. Based on the analysis report on the results of clinical practitioner qualification examination in a university provided by the national medical examination center, and based on the perspective of teaching management, this paper comprehensively analyzes the reasons for the low passing rate of clinical practitioner qualification examination, and puts forward suggestions to improve the passing rate, so as to improve the teaching quality of clinical medicine specialty in medical colleges and accelerate the innovative development of teaching management methods, to provide reference for strengthening the construction of clinical practice teaching system.
